Your journey begins when you contact us to book an appointment. One of our friendly secretaries will walk you through the registration process over the phone, ensuring your details are complete and accurate. From this moment, we’re ready to support you every step of the way.

Meeting your consultant
When you arrive, you’ll be welcomed by our reception team and guided to a comfortable waiting area. Your consultant will meet with you, talk through your concerns with you and recommend any tests or investigations you may need, making sure you feel informed and supported throughout.

Diagnostic tests and answers
If tests are required – such as blood work, ultrasound, MRI, CT scans, X-rays, or cardiology assessments – we’re usually able to offer these on the day of your appointment. Our expert technical team will explain every step clearly, and for scans like MRI, we provide options such as music and ongoing guidance, to help you feel calm, relaxed and informed throughout the process.

Next steps and treatment
Once your results are available, we can then discuss a tailored treatment plan with you. This could include medication, follow-up appointments, a referral to another specialist, or hospital admission if needed. We handle everything - from follow-up bookings to hospital transfers - so your care stays seamless from start to finish.
